Grilled Kenyan Nimble Biryani
A unique fusion dish that combines the flavors of Kenya and India with a nimble twist. This biryani is perfect for a quick and easy dinner.
Ingredients

- β2 medium Grilled BeetrootDiced
- β2 tsp Kenyan Biryani Spice BlendAvailable at most Indian grocery stores
- β1 cup Basmati RiceUncooked
- β2 tbsp Vegetable OilFor cooking
- β1/4 cup Fresh CilantroChopped (optional)

Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large pan over medium heat.
