Stir-Fried British Beef with Lemongrass
A Chinese-inspired dish that combines the flavors of Britain with the zest of lemongrass. This quick and easy recipe is perfect for a weeknight dinner.
Ingredients

- β2 stalks Lemongrass, bruised
- β2 tablespoons Aerated oil
- β1 cup Nimble mushrooms, sliced
- β1 cup Stew broth
- β2 tablespoons Soy sauce
- β1 tablespoon Honey
- β1 tablespoon Ginger, grated
- β1 clove Garlic, minced
- β Salt and pepper, to taste
