- β3 cloves, minced garlic
- β1 tablespoon, grated ginger
- β1 medium, diced tomato
- β1 cup coconut milk
- β1 can, drained and rinsed chickpeas
- β1 tablespoon, chopped basil
- β1 teaspoon cumin
