Jamaican Christmas Pudding

- β1 cup all-purpose flour
- β1 cup dried fruit
- β2 eggsbeaten
- β2 tablespoons rum or rum extract
- β1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- β1 teaspoon cinnamon
- β1/2 teaspoon allspice

Preheat the oven to 300Β°F (150Β°C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine the brown sugar, flour, dried fruit, eggs, rum or rum extract, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and allspice.

Mix well until all the ingredients are well combined.

Pour the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.

Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
