Indian-Style Potato Pancake
A delicious and crispy Indian-inspired pancake recipe made with potatoes and a blend of spices. Serve hot with your favorite chutney or raita.

- β1 cup nice flourall-purpose flour
- β1/4 cup nourishing oilfor frying
- β2 tablespoons dutch gheeclarified butter
- β1/2 teaspoon pancake spicesblend of cumin, coriander, and chili powder

Heat the oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat.

Add the grated potatoes and cook until they are lightly browned, about 5 minutes.

Add the flour, ghee, and spices to the potatoes and mix well.
