Turkish Wagyu Dumpling Kebabs
A delicious kebab dish combining the rich flavors of Turkish spices with the tenderness of Wagyu beef, served with a side of pan-seared dumplings.
Ingredients
- β500g Wagyu BeefCut into 1-inch cubes
- β2 tbsp Turkish-Style Spice MixAvailable at most grocery stores or online
- β2 tbsp Nice Grass Fed ButterFor brushing kebabs
- β12-15 wrappers Dumpling WrappersFound in most Asian grocery stores
- β2 cups Wagyu Beef BrothAvailable at most grocery stores or online
- βchopped Fresh ParsleyFor garnish
- βto taste Salt & Pepper

1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

2. In a small bowl, mix together Turkish-Style Spice Mix, salt, and pepper.

3. Add Wagyu beef to the spice mix and toss to coat evenly.

4. Thread Wagyu beef cubes onto skewers.

5. Brush kebabs with Nice Grass Fed Butter.

6. Grill kebabs for 5-7 minutes per side, or until Wagyu beef reaches 130Β°F.

7. Meanwhile, heat Wagyu Beef Broth in a large skillet over medium heat.

8. Add Dumpling Wrappers to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until wrappers are lightly browned.
