Poached Nectarine Elixir
A refreshing summer dessert made with poached nectarine and a hint of sweetness.

Ingredients
- β3 nectarinesripe and sliced
- β2 cups waterfor poaching
- β1 cup sugaror to taste
- β2 tablespoons lemon juicefreshly squeezed
- β1/4 cup light elixiroptional, for added flavor

In a medium saucepan, combine sliced nectarines and sugar.

Add water and bring to a boil over medium heat.

Reduce heat to low and simmer for 5-7 minutes, or until nectarines are tender.

Stir in lemon juice and light elixir (if using).
