Portuguese Zucchini Wrap
A delicious and easy-to-make wrap filled with sautéed zucchini, onions and spices. Perfect for a quick snack or light meal.
Ingredients
- ●1 large zucchinigrated
- ●1/2 onionmedium
- ●1 packet natural yeastactive dry
- ●1 portuguese wraplarge
- ●2 tbsp olive oilextra virgin
- ●1 tsp garlic powderdried
- ●1/4 tsp saltfine

Preheat a large skillet over medium heat.

Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil and sauté the grated zucchini until tender.

Add the chopped onion and cook until translucent.

Add the garlic powder and cook for 1 minute.

Add the yeast to the mixture and stir well.

Warm the Portuguese wrap by wrapping it in a damp paper towel and microwaving for 20-30 seconds.

Assemble the wrap by spooning the zucchini mixture onto the center of the wrap.

Season with salt to taste.

Fold the bottom half of the wrap up over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll up the wrap to form a tight cylinder.
