Tiramisù Pudding
A sweet and creamy Italian dessert made with ladyfingers soaked in coffee and liqueur, layered with a mascarpone-based pudding.
Ingredients
- ●12-16 Ladyfingers
- ●8 ounces Mascarpone Cheese
- ●1 cup Granulated Sugar
- ●3 Egg Yolks
- ●1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- ●1 cup Brewed Coffee
- ● Liqueur (optional)such as Kahlúa or Baileys

Dip each ladyfinger into the coffee for about 3-5 seconds on each side. They should be soft and pliable but not too wet.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the mascarpone cheese, granulated sugar, egg yolks, and vanilla extract. Beat with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form.

To assemble the tiramisù, start with a layer of ladyfingers in the bottom of a large serving dish.

Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.

Repeat the layers, starting with the ladyfingers, then the mascarpone mixture, and finally another layer of ladyfingers.

Cover the tiramisù with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight.

Just before serving, sprinkle a thin layer of cocoa powder over the top of the tiramisù.

Slice the tiramisù into individual servings and serve chilled.
