Uruguayan Skirt Steak Skewers
A spicy twist on traditional Chinese street food, these Uruguayan skirt steak skewers are marinated in a mixture of soy sauce, garlic, and chili flakes, then grilled to perfection.
Ingredients

- β1/2 pound Uruguayan Chorizocut into 1-inch pieces
- β1 medium Onioncut into 1-inch pieces
