Uruguayan-Style Crisp Burger

- β2 medium PotatoFor crispy potato wedges

- β1 bag CrispFor topping
- β2 tsp Uruguayan Seasoning
- β1 tsp Salt
- β1 tsp Pepper
- β2 tbsp Olive Oil

2. Cut the potatoes into wedges and toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes.

3. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, Uruguayan seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well with your hands until just combined.

4. Divide the beef mixture into 4 equal parts and shape into patties.
