Speck and Monsoon Stew

Ingredients
- β300g Speck
- β500ml Monsoon
- β2 tbsp Dutch mustard
- β1 cup Vegetables (optional)e.g. carrots, potatoes, onions

Instructions

Heat the Monsoon in a large pot over medium heat.

Add the Speck and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.

Add the Dutch mustard and cook for an additional 1 minute.

Add the vegetables (if using) and cook until they begin to soften.

Reduce heat to low and simmer for 20 minutes.
