Saucy Arabian Tagliatelle
A rich and flavorful pasta dish inspired by the flavors of Saudi Arabia. This saucy tagliatelle is a perfect blend of spices and herbs that will leave you craving for more.

- ●2 tbsp GheeClarified butter
- ●1 tbsp Olive oilFor sautéing
- ●1 medium OnionChopped
- ●3 cloves GarlicMinced
- ●1 tsp Cumin powderGround
- ●1 tsp Coriander powderGround
- ●1/2 tsp Red chili powderGround
- ●to taste SaltOptional
- ●chopped Fresh parsleyFor garnish
Instructions

Cook the tagliatelle pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Heat the ghee in a large pan over medium heat.

Add the olive oil, onion, and garlic to the pan. Sauté until the onion is translucent.

Add the cumin powder, coriander powder, and red chili powder to the pan. Sauté for 1-2 minutes.
