Brazilian-Style Lamb Skewers
A classic Brazilian dish featuring marinated lamb skewers grilled to perfection, served with a side of fresh vegetables.
Ingredients

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

In a large bowl, whisk together lime juice, churrasco seasoning, olive oil, garlic, and onion.

Add the lamb cubes to the marinade and mix well to coat.

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.

Thread the marinated lamb, bell pepper, zucchini, and tomato onto skewers.
