Crispy Pork Skewers
A deliciously crispy and savory dish inspired by Malaysian cuisine, featuring pork skewers grilled to perfection.
Ingredients

Preheat grill to medium-high heat (400°F).

Thread pork cubes onto skewers, leaving a small space between each piece.

In a small bowl, whisk together kecap manis, vegetable oil, and toasted coconut flakes (if using). Brush the mixture onto both sides of the pork.

Grill the skewers for 8-10 minutes per side, or until the pork reaches an internal temperature of 145°F. Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes.
