Australian Skewers with Almond Crunch
A delicious and easy-to-make dish that combines the flavors of Australia with a crunchy almond topping.
Ingredients
- β12-15 Australian prawnspeeled and deveined
- β1/2 pound Australian beef stripssliced into thin strips
- β1/4 cup Almond slicesslightly toasted
- β12-15 Skewerssoaked in water for 30 minutes
- β2 tablespoons Monsoon chutneyfor serving
- β4 Moist bunsfor serving
