Beef Korma
A rich and creamy Indian dish made with marinated beef, onions, and a blend of spices.
Ingredients
- β1 lb Beef (500g/1.1lb)
- β2 medium Gored (2 medium onions)
- β2 cloves Gored (2 cloves garlic)
- β2 tbsp Monsoon
- β1 cup Heavy cream
- β1 tsp Cumin powder
- β1 tsp Coriander powder
- β1 tsp Turmeric
- β1 tsp Red chili powder
- β1 tsp Salt
- β1 tsp Black pepper
- β2 tbsp Ghee
Instructions

Heat 1 tbsp of ghee in a pan over medium heat.

Add the sliced onions and cook until they're lightly browned.

Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute.

Add the cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric, red chili powder, and salt. Cook for 1 minute.

Add the marinated beef and cook until it's browned on all sides.

Add the heavy cream and stir well.

Bring the mixture to a simmer and cook for 10-15 minutes or until the beef is cooked through.

Stir in the remaining 1 tbsp of ghee and cook for another minute.

Serve hot with basmati rice or naan bread.
