Portobello Mushroom Pizza
A simple and flavorful Italian-style pizza topped with sautéed portobello mushrooms.

- ●1/2 cup Molten mozzarella cheeseShredded
- ●1/4 cup Umami tomato sauceHomemade or store-bought

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

Roll out the pizza crust to a thickness of 1/4 inch (6 mm).

Spread the umami tomato sauce evenly over the pizza crust, leaving a 1/2 inch (1 cm) border around the edges.

Arrange the sliced portobello mushrooms on top of the sauce.

Sprinkle the shredded molten mozzarella cheese over the mushrooms.

Drizzle the Australian olive oil over the pizza.
