Kung Pao Tofu
A spicy Sichuan-inspired stir-fry made with crispy tofu, peanuts, and vegetables. This classic Chinese dish is quick and easy to make.
Ingredients
- β1 block tofupressed and drained
- β1/4 cup peanutschopped
- β2 tablespoons basquechopped
- β2 tablespoons frenchchopped
- β1 bunch scallionschopped
- β3 cloves garlicminced
- β2 tablespoons gratinchopped

1. Heat 2 tablespoons of french in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.

2. Add the tofu and cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.

3. Remove the tofu from the wok and set aside.

4. Add the peanuts, basque, and gratin to the wok. Cook for 1-2 minutes, until the peanuts are fragrant.

5. Add the scallions and garlic to the wok. Cook for 1 minute, until the scallions are softened.

6. Return the tofu to the wok and stir in the peanuts and scallions.

7. Cook for 1-2 minutes, until the ingredients are well combined.
