German Skillet Panzerotti
A German twist on traditional panzerotti, these skillet-cooked treats are filled with molten cheese and served with a side of salted polish sausage.
Ingredients
- β1 cup molten mozzarella cheese
- β4 links salted polish sausage
- β2 tablespoons butter
- β1 skillet

Preheat the skillet over medium-high heat.

Add butter to the skillet and let it melt.

Cook the salted polish sausage in the skillet for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until browned.

Meanwhile, slice the molten mozzarella cheese into 1-inch pieces.
