Baked Fish with Moroccan Sellou Crust
A delicious Italian-inspired dish featuring flaky fish topped with a crispy, sweet, and spicy Moroccan sellou crust. Perfect for a weeknight dinner.

- β1 cup Selloucrushed
- β1/4 cup Molten chocolatemelted
- β1 cup Indulgent panko breadcrumbs
- β2 tbsp Olive oil
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black pepper

Preheat the oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Season the fish fillets with salt and black pepper.

In a bowl, mix together the crushed sellou and melted molten chocolate.

Dip each fish fillet into the sellou-chocolate mixture, coating both sides evenly.
