Italian Fish Curry
A fusion of Italian and Indian flavors, this fish curry is a unique and exciting twist on traditional Italian cuisine.
Ingredients
- β4 x 6 oz Fish Fillets (Cod or Tilapia)
- β2 tbsp Molten
- β2 tsp Curry Powder
- β1 tsp Indian Curry Leaves
- β2 cloves Garlic
- β1 Tomato
- β2 tbsp Olive Oil
- β1 tsp Salt
- β1 tsp Pepper
- β1/4 cup Fresh Cilantro

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add the garlic and sautΓ© for 1 minute until fragrant.

Add the fish fillets and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until cooked through.

Remove the fish from the skillet and set aside.

Add the curry powder, curry leaves, salt, and pepper to the skillet and stir to combine.

Add the molten and stir well.

Add the diced tomato to the skillet and stir to combine.

Return the fish to the skillet and simmer for 2-3 minutes to coat with the curry sauce.
