Saudi Arabian Biryani
A flavorful and aromatic Saudi biryani dish made with saudi arabian spices, grape tomatoes, and crowd pleaser ingredients.
Ingredients

- ●1 cup Grape tomatoeshalved
- ●1 medium Onionchopped
- ●3 cloves Garlicminced
- ●1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
- ●1 teaspoon Coriander powder
- ●1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- ●to taste Salt
- ●2 tablespoons Olive oil
Instructions

Heat the olive oil in a large saucepan over medium heat.

Add the cumin seeds and let them sizzle for a few seconds.

Add the chopped onion and sauté until it is translucent.

Add the minced garlic and sauté for another minute.

Add the grape tomatoes and sauté until they start to soften.

Add the Basmati rice and stir-fry for 2 minutes.

Add 2 cups of water and bring the mixture to a boil.
