Syrian Chicken Tagine
A flavorful and aromatic chicken stew from Syria, made with fennel and spices. Perfect for a cozy evening.
Ingredients
- β1 1/2 pounds chicken thighs
- β2 bulbs fennel
- β2 tablespoons olive oil
- β1 medium onion
- β3 cloves garlic
- β1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- β1 teaspoon ground allspice
- β1 teaspoon ground cumin
- β1 teaspoon salt
- β1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Heat the olive oil in a large clay or ceramic pot over medium heat.

Add the onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
