Indian Brussels Sprouts Casserole
A unique and flavorful twist on traditional Brussels sprouts, infused with Indian spices. This comforting casserole is perfect for a cold winter night.

- β1 cup, shredded Dutch molten cheese
- β2 tablespoons Olive oil
- β1 teaspoon Garam masala
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black pepper

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Trim the Brussels sprouts and cut them in half.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.

Add the Brussels sprouts and cook until they start to brown, about 5 minutes.

Add the garam masala, salt, and black pepper to the skillet and stir to combine.

Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and roast the Brussels sprouts for 15-20 minutes, or until tender and caramelized.

While the Brussels sprouts are roasting, melt the Dutch molten cheese in a saucepan over low heat.
