Thai Omelette
A simple Thai-inspired omelette filled with egg, perfect for a quick breakfast.
Ingredients

- β1/4 teaspoon Thai Chili Flakes
- β1 tablespoon Shredded Coconut
- β1 tablespoon, chopped Fresh Thai Basil
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black Pepper
Instructions

Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk them together with a fork.

Add the Thai chili flakes, salt, and black pepper to the eggs and whisk until combined.

Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.

Add the shredded coconut to the pan and cook for 1-2 minutes, until lightly toasted.

Pour the egg mixture over the coconut and cook until the edges start to set.

Add the chopped Thai basil to one half of the omelette.

Use a spatula to gently fold the other half of the omelette over the basil.
