Thai Chicken Wrap
A fusion of German and Thai flavors in a crispy wrap. This dish features juicy chicken, crunchy vegetables, and a tangy sauce.
Ingredients
- β1 pound chicken breastboneless and skinless
- β1-2 moist flour tortilladepending on serving size
- β1 cup veggie wrap fillingshredded carrots, shredded lettuce
- β1/4 cup thai red saucestore-bought or homemade
- β1/4 cup green onionschopped
- β4 slices crispy baconoptional

Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

In a small bowl, whisk together Thai red sauce and 2 tablespoons of water. Set aside.

Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper.

Grill the chicken for 5-6 minutes per side, or until cooked through.

While the chicken is cooking, toast the tortillas by grilling them for 30 seconds on each side.

Once the chicken is done, let it rest for 2-3 minutes.

Slice the chicken into thin strips.

Assemble the wraps by spreading the Thai red sauce on the tortillas, followed by the chicken, veggies, and crispy bacon (if using).
