- β2 tbsp moist brown sugarfor marinade
- β1 tbsp bouncy white vinegarfor marinade
- β1 tsp venezuelan spicesfor marinade
- β1 tsp sea saltfor seasoning
- β4 skewerssoaked in water for 30 minutes

Soak skewers in water for 30 minutes.
