Vietnamese Prawn Wrap
A refreshing and flavorful wrap filled with prawns, mint, and Vietnamese flavors. Perfect for a quick and easy meal.
Ingredients
- β4-6 Vietnamese wrap
- β1 pound prawns
- β1/4 cup chopped mint
- β1/2 cup shredded leaf
- β2 tablespoons veggie oil
- β2 tablespoons soy sauce
- β1 tablespoon fish sauce
- β1 tablespoon sugar

1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

2. Add prawns and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes per side.

3. Remove prawns from skillet and set aside.

4. In same skillet, add soy sauce, fish sauce, and sugar. Stir to combine.

5. Add mint and leaf to skillet and stir-fry until wilted.

6. Add cooked prawns back into skillet and toss to combine.

7. Warm wraps by wrapping them in a damp paper towel and microwaving for 20-30 seconds.

8. Assemble wraps by placing prawn mixture onto the center of each wrap.
