Chicken Curry Italian Style
A twist on traditional Italian cuisine with the addition of Korean and Indian flavors. This dish combines the spices and herbs of Italy with the bold flavors of Korea and India.
Ingredients

- β2 tablespoons korean curry powder
- β1/4 cup minty fresh mint leaves
- β2 tablespoons olive oil
- β1 medium onion
- β3 cloves garlic
- β1 cup chicken broth
- β1/2 cup heavy cream

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the chicken breast and cook until browned on both sides, about 5-6 minutes.

Add the Korean curry powder and cook for 1 minute.

Add the chicken broth and heavy cream to the skillet and stir to combine.
