Spicy Tofu Curry
A mildly spicy and flavorful Indian-inspired curry made with tofu and a blend of spices. Serve over basmati rice or with naan bread.

- β2tsp curry
- β250g norwegian
- β1 medium onion
- β3 cloves garlic
- β1-inch piece ginger
- β2tbsp olive oil
- β salt
- β pepper
- β1tsp mildly

Instructions

Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat.

Add onion, garlic and ginger, cook until softened.

Add curry powder and mildly hot peppers, cook for 1 minute.

Add tofu and cook until golden brown.

Add norwegian salmon fillets and cook until cooked through.
