Jamaican Chicken Curry Pasta
A fusion of Italian and Jamaican flavors, this dish combines spicy Jamaican curry with tender chicken and a side of pasta.
Ingredients
- β1 pound, cut into bite-sized pieces chicken breast
- β2 tablespoons mildly spicy Jamaican curry powder
- β2 tablespoons olive oil
- β1 medium, chopped onion
- β2 cloves, minced garlic
- β8 ounces, penne or similar shape pasta
- β2 cups chicken broth
- β1 cup heavy cream
- β1/2 cup, grated parmesan cheese

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
