Egyptian Lamb Wrap
A flavorful and spicy Egyptian-inspired lamb wrap, perfect for a quick and satisfying meal.

- ●4-6 wraps Egyptian pita breadWarm before serving
- ●1 medium CucumberThinly sliced
- ●1 medium Red onionThinly sliced
- ●1 medium TomatoThinly sliced
- ●1/4 cup Fresh parsleyChopped
- ●2 cloves GarlicMinced
- ●2 tablespoons Lemon juice

1. In a large bowl, mix together chopped lamb, mildly spicy sauce, garlic, and lemon juice.

2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and cook the lamb mixture for 5-7 minutes, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks.

3. Warm the Egyptian pita bread by wrapping it in foil and heating it in the oven at 375°F (190°C) for 5-7 minutes.

4. Assemble the wraps by spreading a spoonful of the lamb mixture onto each pita bread, followed by cucumber, red onion, tomato, and parsley.

6. To make the mildly spicy sauce, combine 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt, 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce, and 1 teaspoon lemon juice in a bowl. Mix well and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before using.
