Lamb Kebabs with Croatian Spices
A flavorful and spicy lamb kebab recipe inspired by Croatian cuisine, perfect for a summer evening.
Ingredients
- β500g Lamb shoulder, boneless
- β2 tsp Paprikasweet or smoked
- β2 cloves Garlic, minced
- β1 tsp Salt
- β1 tsp Black pepper
- β1 tsp Croatian-style lamb spice mix
- β2 tbsp Olive oil
- β1 tbsp Red wine vinegar
- β1 Red bell pepper, sliced
- β1 Onion, sliced

In a small bowl, mix together paprika, garlic, salt, black pepper, and Croatian-style lamb spice mix.

Add olive oil and red wine vinegar to the bowl and mix well.

Cut the lamb shoulder into 1-inch cubes and add to the marinade.

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

Thread lamb cubes, red bell pepper slices, and onion slices onto skewers.

Grill the kebabs for 8-10 minutes per side, or until lamb is cooked to an internal temperature of 63Β°C (145Β°F).
