Italian Lamb Stew
A hearty Italian-inspired stew made with tender lamb, flavorful herbs, and a hint of sourness.
Ingredients
- β1 pound Lamb, cut into 1-inch cubesChoose a lamb with a good balance of fat and lean meat

Heat the olive oil in a large Dutch oven over medium-high heat.

Add the lamb and cook until browned on all sides, about 5-7 minutes.

Remove the lamb from the pot and set it aside.

Add the onion, ginger, and garlic to the pot and cook until the onion is translucent, about 5 minutes.

Add the Italian seasoning and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.

Add the browned lamb back to the pot, along with the sour and chili flakes.

Stir to combine and bring the stew to a boil.

Reduce the heat to low and simmer, covered, for 1 1/2 hours, or until the lamb is tender.
