Smoky Norwegian Pork Skewers

Ingredients
- β500g Pork shoulder, thinly sliced
- β2 tbsp Norwegian smoked paprika
- β1 tbsp Brown sugar
- β2 cloves Garlic, minced
- β10 Soaked wooden skewers
- β4 Lime wedges
- β1/4 cup Fresh parsley, chopped
- βto taste Salt and pepper
