Spicy Korean Noodle Tacos
A fusion of Korean and Mexican flavors, these tacos are a unique twist on traditional Korean noodle dishes. Spicy chili flakes and smoky chipotle peppers add depth to this bold and spicy meal.
Ingredients
- β8 oz Noodles
- β1 tsp Korean chili flakes (gochugaru)
- β2 Mildly spicy chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
- β1/2 tsp Chilli flakes
- β1/4 cup Cilantro
- β2 tbsp Lime juice
- β2 tbsp Soy sauce
- β1 tbsp Vegetable oil
- β2 cloves Garlic
- β1/2 cup Red onion

Cook the noodles according to the package instructions.

Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute.

Add the chipotle peppers and cook for an additional minute.

Add the noodles to the skillet and stir to combine.

Add the Korean chili flakes, chilli flakes, soy sauce, and lime juice. Stir to combine.

Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes or until heated through.

Sliced red onion and cilantro for garnish.

Serve the noodles in tacos shells and top with garnishes.
