- ●1 tsp Egyptian Cumin
- ●1 Pepper
- ●1 tsp Tagine Spice Mix
- ●3 cloves Garlic
- ●1 Zucchini
- ●1 Red Bell Pepper
- ●2 tbsp Olive Oil
- ●1 can Chickpeas

Instructions

Heat oil in the bottom of a clay or ceramic tagine over medium heat.

Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.

Add preserved lemons, paprika, cumin, and tagine spice mix. Sauté for 2 minutes.
