Smoked Poblano Fajita Keto Bowl
A keto twist on traditional fajitas, featuring smoked poblano peppers and mildly seasoned beef.
Ingredients

- β2 Smoked poblano peppers
- β1 Onionthinly sliced
- β3 cloves Garlicminced
- β1/4 cup Cilantrochopped
- β2 tablespoons Lime juice
- β2 tablespoons Coconut oil
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black pepper
Instructions

Preheat skillet to medium-high heat.

Cook skirt steak to 130Β°F (54Β°C) for medium-rare. Set aside.

Sear sliced onion and cook until caramelized, about 5 minutes.

Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.

Add smoked poblano peppers, cook for 3-4 minutes, until tender.

Return cooked skirt steak to skillet and toss with onion and pepper mixture.

Stir in chopped cilantro, lime juice, coconut oil, salt, and pepper.
