Roasted Chicken Canadian Casserole
A hearty, comforting casserole featuring roasted chicken, mildly seasoned to perfection. This dish is perfect for a cold winter's night.
Ingredients
- β1 pound Roasted Chicken Breast
- β1 packet Mildly Seasoned French Onion Soup Mix
- β6 slices Canadian Bacon
- β1 cup Frozen Peas and Carrots
- β1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
- β1 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese
- β2 tablespoons All-Purpose Flour
- βto taste Salt and Pepper

Preheat the oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Cook the Canadian bacon slices in a skillet until crispy. Set aside.

In the same skillet, cook the chicken breast until browned on all sides and cooked through. Cut into bite-sized pieces.

In a separate saucepan, combine the cream of chicken soup, flour, and milk. Stir until smooth.

Add the cooked chicken, Canadian bacon, and frozen peas and carrots to the saucepan. Stir until well combined.
