Malaysian Satay Chicken Skewers

- β2 tablespoons Coconut oilFor grilling
- β2 tablespoons Lemongrass pasteMalaysian-inspired
- β1 tablespoon Ginger pasteGrate fresh if possible
- β2 cloves GarlicMince
- β1 tablespoon Fish sauceLow-carb option
- β1 tablespoon Palm sugarLow-carb sweetener
- β2 tablespoons CorianderTo taste
- β1/4 cup CilantroChopped, for garnish
- β2 tablespoons Lime juiceFreshly squeezed

2. In a blender or food processor, combine lemongrass paste, ginger paste, garlic, fish sauce, palm sugar, coriander, and cilantro. Blend until smooth.
