Chaozhou Stewed Fish

- ●3 cloves GarlicMince and sauté before adding fish

- ●1/4 tsp White PepperFreshly ground
- ●4 ScallionsSliced and used as garnish

Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a wok or large pan over medium heat.
