Crispy Pork Mu Shu Wraps
A Chinese-inspired dish featuring crispy pork and crunchy vegetables wrapped in a mildly sweet and savory mu shu wrap.
Ingredients
- β1 pound Pork shoulderBoneless
- β1/4 cup Vegetable oil
- β4-6 wraps Mu shu wrapsMildly sweet and savory
- β1 head Shredded cabbage
- β1 bunch Sliced scallions
- β1 tablespoon Sesame seeds
- β2 tablespoons Soy sauce
- β1 tablespoon Sugar

1. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sugar, and 1 tablespoon vegetable oil to make the sauce.

2. In a large skillet or wok, heat the remaining 2 tablespoons vegetable oil over medium-high heat.

3. Add the pork shoulder and cook until browned on all sides, about 5-7 minutes.

4. Add the shredded cabbage and sliced scallions to the skillet. Cook until the cabbage is slightly wilted, about 2-3 minutes.
