Uruguayan Shrimp Grill
Grilled shrimp dish inspired by Uruguayan cuisine, marinated in a mild mixture of spices and herbs.
Ingredients
- β12 oz large shrimp
- β2 tsp mild paprika
- β1 tsp salt
- β1/2 tsp black pepper
- β1/4 cup fresh parsley
- β2 tbsp lemon juice
- β2 tbsp olive oil

1. In a small bowl, mix together paprika, salt, and black pepper.

2. Add the parsley and lemon juice to the bowl and stir to combine.

3. Add the olive oil to the bowl and stir to make a marinade.

4. Add the shrimp to the marinade and mix to coat.

5. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

6. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

7. Remove the shrimp from the marinade and shake off any excess.

8. Grill the shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side, or until they are pink and cooked through.
