Creamy Indian Tempeh Curry

- β8 oz tempehcut into small pieces
- β1 cup mild curry saucestore-bought or homemade
- β1 medium onionchopped
- β3 cloves garlicminced
- β1 tsp curry powderadjust to taste
- β1/2 tsp garam masalaadjust to taste
- β1/2 cup coconut milkfull-fat canned
- βto taste saltadjust to taste
- βchopped fresh cilantrofor garnish

Instructions

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add onion and garlic and cook until softened, about 3-4 minutes.

Add tempeh and cook until lightly browned, about 4-5 minutes.
