Midnight Tango Chicken
A fusion of rich flavors from Midnight and Tango, this dish is a perfect blend of spices and herbs.
Ingredients
- ●1 lb chicken breastboneless and skinless
- ●2 tbsp Midnight oilor substitute with olive oil
- ●2 tsp Tango seasoningor substitute with chili powder and cumin
- ●1 medium oniondiced
- ●2 cloves garlicminced
- ●1 medium bell pepperdiced
- ●1 medium tomatodiced
- ●to taste salt
- ●to taste black pepper
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a large bowl, whisk together Midnight oil, Tango seasoning, salt, and black pepper.

Add the chicken breast to the bowl and toss to coat.

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the chicken breast to the skillet and cook for 5-6 minutes per side.

Transfer the chicken to a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes.

In the same skillet, add the diced onion, garlic, bell pepper, and tomato.

Cook until the vegetables are tender, about 5-7 minutes.
