Couscous with Midnightly Roast Chicken
A flavorful and nutritious dish combining couscous with a delicious midnightly roasted chicken.
Ingredients

- ●2 midnight
- ●1 cup couscous
- ●2 tbsp olive oil
- ●to taste saltuse kosher salt

- ●1 tsp garlic powder
- ●1 tsp paprika
- ●2 tbsp lemon juice

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Rinse the chicken breast and pat it dry with paper towels.

In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Rub the mixture all over the chicken breast.

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the chicken breast on both sides until browned.

Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and roast the chicken for 20-25 minutes or until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).

While the chicken is roasting, prepare the couscous according to package instructions.

Once the chicken is done, let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing it thinly.

Fluff the cooked couscous with a fork and toss it with lemon juice.
