Crave's Cabbage Stir Fry
A quick and easy stir fry recipe using cabbage, midnight oil and other simple ingredients.

- β2 tablespoons Midnight oil
- β1 medium head Cabbage
- β2 cloves Crave (garlic)
- β1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- β1 inch piece Ginger
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black pepper
- β1/4 cup chopped Green onions

Instructions

Heat the midnight oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the grated ginger and cook for 1 minute.

Add the minced crave (garlic) and cook for another minute.

Add the shredded cabbage and cook until it starts to soften.

Add the soy sauce and stir to combine.

Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Transfer the cabbage mixture to a serving platter.
