Spicy Melty Shrimp Pilaf
A flavorful and spicy Chinese-inspired dish made with succulent shellfish, savory melty cheese, and aromatic pilaf.
Ingredients
- β1 pound Large Shrimppeeled and deveined
- β1 cup Melty Cheesegrated
- β1 cup Pilaf
- β2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
- β2 cloves Garlicminced
- β1 tablespoon Gingergrated
- β2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
- β1 tablespoon Sesame Oil

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the minced garlic and grated ginger and stir-fry for 1 minute.

Add the peeled and deveined shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until pink and cooked through.

Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the remaining 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil.

Add the grated melty cheese and stir until melted and smooth.

Add the cooked shrimp back into the skillet and stir to combine with the cheese sauce.
