Pork Gyoza Italian Wrap
A fusion twist on traditional Italian wraps, featuring Japanese-style pork gyoza and Italian seasonings.
Ingredients
- β1 package (20 pieces) Pork Gyoza
- β8 oz shredded Melty Mozzarella
- β1/4 cup grated Cheesy Parmesan
- β1/4 cup Pesto Sauce
- β1 tsp Italian Seasoning
- β2 cloves minced Garlic
- β2 tbsp Olive Oil
- β1/4 cup chopped Fresh Basil

1. Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

2. Pan-fry the gyoza until golden brown, then transfer to a baking sheet.

3. In a small bowl, mix together pesto sauce and Italian seasoning.

4. Spread a layer of the pesto sauce mixture on each gyoza.

5. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the pesto sauce.

6. Bake the gyoza in the oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

7. Meanwhile, heat some olive oil in a pan over medium heat.

8. Add minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes, until fragrant.

9. Add a few drops of olive oil to a large tortilla and spread a layer of the garlic-infused oil.

10. Assemble the wraps by placing 4-5 gyoza on each tortilla, followed by some chopped fresh basil.
